Thought I might share my dining room system used for lite listening sessions, trying to cover all bases with a $10 target fm/dab for radio, technics d2 tt, teac a-h500i amp, exposure 2010 CD player and finally the venerable b&w dm110 speakers.

It’s not the best and I know it’s not the worst system but I’m happy with above average.

The 2 lp’s are my latest score from vinnies.

 

Yes the system sits high but as I said, it’s for mainly background music but if the wife or kids get too chatty and noisy the volume knob is not too far away to drown them out 😂

 

This system came about thanks to gumtree, Salvation Army and fb market place, I know I don’t have the cash for a endgame setup so I thought that I might attack it from different angles ie cheap and satisfying, I think I did alright..

 

 I have a soft spot fot the amp and CD player!!
