Just encountered a problem, the original power plug included in the SP4805 package is too short for mounting.

 

Wonder if there is any third party Power Plug (need about 4-5m) available? if yes, can let me know which brand good, how much? And also if possible, can state where to buy? will appreciate your kind help  ;)

the power socket of the sp4805 connects to any garden variety iec mains cord, just like regular desktop pcs.  can buy longer cable wherever those are sold.  unless, of course, you want to buy a high end power cord, which might be a waste of money on the sp4805 (i myself use a long power cord salvaged off a retired pc, seems quite fine).

Just buy loose power cord (u can decide how long u need) and terminate them with a ICE connector and UK plug.  Robert@LHS has different size of household power cord (Belden, Pireli), common 0.75 mm sq type is only about $2/m.  Normal IEC connector and UK plug is about $2-3 each. 

 

If u want better grade, MK hospital grade UK plug + schurter IEC connector + belden 1 mm sq 3-core power cable with drain wire.

hmmm just revisited this old thread. you mean ICE connector or IEC connector?
