This is a top class CD player (with excellent standalone DAC) with 5 star rating in 'WHAT HI FI". There are currently very few CD6 for sale in second hand market in Australia. The condition of the CD player itself is very good (like new - no skretch or mark - as far as i can see). Work flawlessly and sounds superb. There is some blemish on the remote control but it works well without issue. And this has been relfected in the sales price. With the top condition to the CD player itself, i believe this might be one of the lowest price you can find in second hand market in Australia. For your information, a replacement remote control (not metal anymore, but in plastic) is avaiable and can be ordered from Audio Research if one is fuss about the remote control. i have checked with the dealer, it cost $100 to get one to Australia (to WA) It comes with original manual however i don't have the box. But i will have it very well and securely packed for shipping (insured).
