Vinomofo current deals going

Featured Replies

Googling brings up virtually zero hits (which should ring alarm bells for any wine). Yes I know Geoff is a well regarded winemaker but I am concerned with the whole 'deal' thing. So I am assuming Vinimofo have an exclusive access on it, so they can say whatever price they want, the only reference is on the winemakers website. No-one else seems to stock it, which for me is a bit suss.

I used to use Vinimofo, but the more I dug down on their 'specials' they would always seem to be faux specials.

I use the Vivino app which is a brilliant resource.  The pricing isn’t always accurate but the reviews are mire real world.

I agree about some of The faux specials but you can return the wine if you don’t like it.

Very interesting article and well debated. I expect hifi reviewers should also declare when and how much they are charging for reviews.  This is even more important given the thousands of dollars people are spending on gear (sometimes $000s In cables that have the most incredibly positive reviews).

I have received my order and it is worth (to me) at least $25 and I have enjoyed the 2 bottles we have finished.  I would guess based on James Halliday score he would rate it at 95 (very easy marker) and in my opinion Vivino is closer to the mark for a $55 RRP wine. If it was a RRP $25 wine I would rate it higher- just my rating system where value for money comes into the equation.

I grabbed a couple of these at DMs the other day for this price too?

Did you get the 2014 or the 2011.

We had a bottle of the 14 on the weekend and it was excellent.
