I did not know there was an SNA pizza thread! Anyway, here are two of mine. No outdoor pizza oven. I use my regular oven - with a stainless stell plate (instead of a terracotta tile) + oven cranked to max + preheat for 45 minutes. The dough has 67% hydration, and I use San Marzano tomatoes straight from the can.

Pizza Margherita and Bianca. They look funny because I am not great at hand stretching the dough.
