Item: Asus dsl-ac88u Location: ocean grove vic 3226 Price: $380, rrp is over $500 Item Condition: used (pretty much brand new - one month old, looks brand new) Reason for selling: dodgy nbn service Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: i bought this from Harvey Normal in April ‘18. i think rrp is just over $500, i cant find reciept yet but ill ring them up to get a copy from the credit card i used to purchase if buyer want. i really wanted this to work with our nbn fttn, it is spec’d for it but i didnt have the tech knowledge to get it up and running. We have a very bad nbn connection here, and so far the only modem/router that has stayed stable is a Telstra gateway, even though we are with another isp (athough it didnt work with telstra!) excellent specs and solid wifi speeds, a bit of info online and its the current model/top of the range modem/router. id say if you are going to buy this to have some idea of network config as most isp companies dont like to provide tech support for aftermarket modem/routers. should work with all adsl/nbn fttn connections but google the specs to make sure it works. ill happily refund item if it is damaged on delivery but not if its non compatible with your service, worth double checking with your isp. hence the $120 discount as its essentialy brand new. postage aus wide for actual cost inc tracking and insur. cheers Pictures:
