    This one reminds me of those not-very-well-known single malts on sale at Aldi from time to time. In this case $42 @ LL. Not much to say for itself whilst not having any obvious flaws. Easy to finish, but no great rush to go back for more.

    Back in my martini drinking days I also eschewed the ice by keeping the gin in the freezer. Cap of Noilly Prat to coat the inside of a frosted glass then discarded. That's the shaken part.

    Some good deals going lately. Perfect for stocking up. This @ 2 for $90 makes it an easy detour from the usual blends. Very different to the standard. Full and smooth. (I do like a frosty glass in this weather).
