Very Transparent sounding and warm signature from this Amplifier without compromising any details. True dual mono design with massive dual transformers and 4 premium sound capacitors. Recordings sound as close to the original rendering. Extremely fast and articulate with beautiful stereo separation!
They don't make them like this anymore.
Really nice phono stage with ample tone controls and filters for fine tuning.
This was the biggest integrated made by SONY and weights in at 28kgs!

Condition:

The condition is very good for its age except scratches on the side wood. Please see photo for reference

Overall the Amplifier works flawlessly with no issues. There is no static with any knobs and all work as they should.
A 100volts step down transformer is required to run this amp. Easily available on Ebay or tortech.

A very very rare pair of high end AAD Q40 floorstanders, Q20 centre speaker & a Q1000 subwoofer.

The floor standers have 10” side firing woofers. The floorstanders and the centre have magnesium tweeters. The floorstander and sub are 60+ kilos so pickup only.

They are fully working with a rich and dynamic sound. Fantastic sound stage and imaging. Loads of bass. They truly shine with good amplification.

One of the floor standers has 2 spots of of vineer peel. 2 of the grills have one small hole each and the sub has a water mark. The grills are a simple design and replacing the grill cloth, if one wnats to, will be easy job. It shouldnt be difficult to cover up the vineer marks too.

Price is for the lot and happy to be corrected if its not right. I am willing to seperate the speakers and the sub, if i have buyers for both. Please message me if you are keen and we can work something out.

I picked these with the intention of setting up a 5.1 HT but they are too big for my room.

Up for sale is a mint condition MiniDSP SHD Studio Streamer and Dirac Live processor. Includes all original accessories as shown and in original box -presents as new. Umik-1 also included as shown. I only used this for a very short time before being gifted a Roon Lifetime Licence, meaning that I was able to stream directly to my Storm Processor. Hence, this is no longer required.

Sound quality is great -no discernible difference between streaming via this unit or directly to my Storm pre pro. Provides Dirac Live 2.0 processing also which is a phenomenal benefit particularly for those running a 2 channel set up with no processing capabilities. This is the MP10 Cartridge with the MP10 Stylus PLUS the JN-P110 Stylus. Effectively 2 for 1. Purchased some years ago the MP10 has had little use, call it 100hrs to be very safe ( comes up perfect under microscope) and the P110 Stylus is basically unused, call it 20 hrs to be safe. These lower end Nags have a totally reliable, dare I say it: safe sound, ideally suited to vintage and entry level setups. Plenty of info online. Original box a bit tatty, POST INCLUDED. Still AVAILABLE.

These active Buchardt A700s really punch above their weight, they go seriously deep and look great while doing it!

Out of the box you can feed them via Balanced inputs, but I'm supplying a Platin Stereo Hub which turns them into a fully wireless streaming solution with Roon, Airplay 2, Spotify Connect (and upcoming Qobuz Connect support). It also supports HDMI, 3 x Optical inputs, 1 x Coax, 1 x USB and even analog RCA inputs.

Buchardt has downloadable Master Tunings that modify the DSP to tune for things like being close to a wall.
