The American-made STILETTO 15 is a 3-way reference loudspeaker design delivering a carefully balanced and highly engaging sound signature, so says the bumpf. Who are we to argue when the design features an open baffle 15-inch paper composite woofer with dual voice coils along with a separate, sealed-box midrange and tweeter? The midrange driver is a 5.5-inch paper cone with low-loss linear suspension whereas the tweeter is a 1-inch ring radiator fabric dome design with a phase plug.

The loudspeaker's crossover boasts Mundorf M-resist SUPREME resistors, premium-grade Jantzen air-core and c-coil inductors and film capacitors (no electrolytics). All is point-to-point wired and mounted on an anti-static fibreglass board.
If you are seeking authentic bass, superb midrange and effortless top-end extension Vinnie Rossi says that you will quickly become captivated by the company's unique design approach.
All of the above is wrapped up in a cabinet constructed of three 2-inch thick layers of high-density composite material, and two further 0.375-inch layers of solid surface material – all bolted and glued together. As mentioned before, there are separate sealed enclosures for midrange and tweeter. The grilles are held on by magnets, and the machined aluminium feet are included in the bundle.

STILETTO 15 is well suited for a variety of different room sizes (including smaller ones) as it excels with near field and mid field listening distances.
Vinnie Rossi is showing a pre-production pair of the STILETTO 15 at AXPONA (Room 488), powered by the company's own L2 Signature Preamplifier and L2 Signature Monoblocks.
Production is estimated to start in June 2019, and the ‘early-adopter’ price will be around the $19,995 per pair mark.
