Waterfront at Crown?

Any one been there?

A client has asked me to take he and his wife on Saturday

What's worth ordering

and how much am I gonna bleed?

Yup Nude, i've been there a couple of times. Mains are about $40.

The food is above average, but somewhat overshadowed by some of the other excellent restaurants in the area same complex. But then the other restaurants are more expensive! I have had the whole flounder, the lobster, and a T-bone steak on my various visits. No complaints about the food - the cooking was kept simple enough to let the produce speak for itself.

I would say that the food is good to fair value - considering the location, the quality of produce, and the cooking. Service is a mixed bag - you always get the feeling that they are trying to get you out of the restaurant to turn over the table, but the waiters are prompt, knowledgable, and helpful.

Despite what I said, I like the place  If I go to a restaurant more than once, i'm impressed.

Thanks Keith for your forthright reply

Sounds at least, ok

So long as the food is edible and the barman can make a good martini I'm ok

As for my clients; they chose, so they can't complain

I was a bit worried that it would cost a couple of monkeys or some such

Much relieved

(I had a bet with myself that you would be the first to reply)

Will try and remember to report back

Your clients ask you to take them out, and they nominate the place, and then you pay the bill?

I wish I had suppliers like you!
