All Elektra amps use the same chassis and connections, theres just not amps behind four of those connection sets, however  they can be added by the manufacturer if preferred.

All versions are built with the 7 channel connections at the rear to allow future installation of extra channels.

Yes he's future proofed so can add more channels without any hassle if need be. One single back plate with all the printing instead of having 3 or more different ones.
