Raffinator Posted June 24, 2023 Share Posted June 24, 2023 Hi, I have a Dekoni Blue headphone. But it has sound only coming out of the left ear cup. This is the side the single cable entry goes in. These are based on the T50RP design. Nothing feels loose in the wiring, and the cable seems ok. I’m looking for a repairer, preferably Sydney based. Neo Posted June 24, 2023 Share Posted June 24, 2023 (edited) I had a pair of rp50 along time ago and the connection of the jack can play up and leave the ear up with no sound. Don’t want to generalize but that was a common issue, ended up getting my coin back and returning the headphones to the distributor, remember taking a reasonably long drive out west for that. I would pull apart that ear up with the connector and check that first, also you can use any 3.5mm cable to test if the cable itself is at fault.
