I bought it second hand about 18 months ago - I put the plug on (old plug was broken) and it turned on but didn't have any sound. It comes with the valves shown which are in a bag. I'm in Brunswick, pick up is ok or can deliver in Melbourne north of the Yarra or west of the Maribyrnong.
