pschia Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Bro pschia I see the T-relief creams have 3 types leh: the green color one above (mobility), red color one (safe relief) & one red color with extra strength.. The ingredients are v different.. Is one better than the other ??? Each has a different list of homeopathic remedies and is formulated to target a particular type of ache and pain. Homeopathic remedy is very specific. If the cause of your problem is not properly targeted, then the remedy might not work for you even though it could work for another person. If you are thinking of trying another formulation to see if it is better for you than the green T-Relief, you could try the Extra Strength one since it has 50% more of the active ingredients than the Safe Relief one. Now is a good time to get it as there is a 15% discount off for it at iHerb cureently. ;)

pschia Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 In Singapore, expensive private hospitals cannot treat stroke patients according to MOH. Not allowed or not capable, I wonder. :o :o :o So rich people who only want to stay in private hospitals must slump down and get treatment in public hospitals here if they ever kena stroke ? An Indonesian friend of mine who is a Singapore citizen recently suffered a stroke and was treated in a private hospital in Jakarta. Luckily for her, she was in Indonesia at the time. Does this means that private hospitals in Indonesia are better equipped and medically more capable than those in Singapore? ??? https://mothership.sg/2019/07/stroke-clot-injection-singapore/?fbclid=IwAR0O0tmGI_84wYsJSSPLXqb4Q93SeHc7SXIep3ykYpjIV_zWqfw8cGT8ng4

If I am experiencing backache, neck ache or shoulder ache, all I have to do is to lay on the mat for 15 minutes and the pain miraculously disappears afterward and I feel more relaxed the rest of the day. The relaxed feeling is actually quite addictive and it makes me feel like laying on the mat more frequently every day. :) [embed=425,349] [/embed]

pschia Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 does the plastic nails hurt a lot when laying on it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Not really painful, just uncomfortable especially in the first couple of times you lie on the mat because your body is not used to the sensation. After getting used to the sensation, it just feels like a painful itch which is quite shiok to scratch. You can wear a T-shirt when lying on the mat to buffer the sensation but you won’t get the full benefit of the mat that way.

pschia Posted August 14, 2019 Posted August 14, 2019 OK orler this mat to try if can ease my shoulder pain bo Sent from my Redmi 5 Plus using Tapatalk Can reduce very substantially, not completely though, for a few hours. I think it is because endorphins are released by the body when the acupressure points are stimulated by the spikes.

Should have asked me for recommendations. Those mats available from China are the same in efficacy and much cheaper. I just ordered another one because I wanted sharper spikes and also because it looks much better with the lotus flowers than my first mat. And it only cost S$25. ;) https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32914497451.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.3e4f4c4dBAdqKJ

pschia Posted August 26, 2019 Posted August 26, 2019 While waiting for the Apple watch 5 to come out in September, I got myself the newly launched health and fitness smartwatch by Xiaomi called the Huami Amazfit GTR which has great online reviews. The best feature is its battery life. It can last an unheard of 24 days while connected to your phone via Bluetooth 5 with one charge. And if taken off Bluetooth, it will run as a normal watch for more than 70 days between charges. It is sold locally for $219. I got it off the agent's Qoo10 shop for $189 with the redemption of a $30 discount voucher. Runs off the Amazfit app on both iOS and Android. [embed=425,349] [/embed]
