desray
Dear weiz87, the calculator is very easy to use...here's what you need to know. First, you must decide for yourself what's the throw distance (from the projector len to your screen) and what Zoom rate you intend to use. For instance, if your sitting position is 3.4m, you set the slider on the throw distance to 3.4m, then set the appropriate Zoom rate - at maximum zoom which in this case is 1.21x or at medium zoom (i.e. 1.10x) or no zoom at all (i.e. 1.00x)...with all these settings set, you can see for yourself the screen size (L x H x W) of the image you will get. With thatrough estimation figure in mind, you can go and select the appropriate screen size and demarcate the area to accomodate the size you want.
