Guest joamonte
AKAI HIFI SET(sperate amp, tuner,Cassette player,LP player & 12" woofer floor standing speaker, selling $1400++ 20 over year ago..actually sound not bad when i recall back....miss it ::) )---->AWIA 777 mini compo(WITH BBE AND DSL SOMEMORE man...OK !!? :o ;D ;D real lousy sound.....)--->mission 761(drive by the AWIA..)--->NAD 3020e----->AWIA Cassette player(still cant afford CD player that time.... :-\ )----->Proton CD-620.....and then go on.... Proton CD-620 NAD 3020e mission 761 that was 13 years ago when i finally set up that, imagin every month save all my pocket $,hangpoa $,part time salary for almost 1 year just to buy that.....i also remenber my first "audiophile"interconnector is hitachi LC-OFC,becoz lack of $10,i got no choice but to buy a pair of 0.5m one instead of oringinal planning 1 m ...and FYI it only cost $32 1 m...! ;D ;D actaully IMO the first set of hifi setup will affect how one person choose his High End audio component later on thru his life...becoz it will estabish the "impression' on "how the hifi should sound is consider good" in the mind of tis person thru up his life........it is espeacially ture if he really spend a lot of time in listening to his first setup... :)
