$5.99 and $6.99 bargains and no crap beat up rubbish either. Gavin was particular about what he put into his racks.

How times have changed. Utopia double bag their vinyl now,you can't even look at the record.

The later stuff yes but Holy Land is pure prog metal.

Ivanhoe once again yes their later stuff power which I never got into.

Prog Metal was defined by a very high voice by bands such as Fates Warning, Queensryche, Crimson Glory etc who could also be seen as power or heavy metal a fine line I suppose.

Actually it was Queensryche Op Mindcrime that really got me into it as I was a mullet, torn jeans wearing pimply face teen back in the late 80's listening to "hair" metal I suppose you would call it and got Op Mindcrime based on "eyes of stranger" video on a "hard n Heavy" VHS tape.

Was only years later that I kept on seeing the term "prog Metal" being referred to them so then the journey started with all things prog.

The second Crimson Glory album was great. Midnight's vocals were fantastic.

Don't think Threshold has been mentioned, all of the members have very musical backgrounds and a pretty large catalog now. Still enjoy their debut "Wounded Land".
