LG decided to replace a GX for my bad E6 as it had EOL. The HDR picture quality on the GX is brighter than the E6 but E6 has better sound with 3D capability. Thks to LG, gotten a free upgrade to 2020 model after close to 3years (Luckily left 4months of warranty to go) of usage on the E6. The old E6.. Will miss the superb pop 3D & the Harman Kardon sound.. Gap between the E6 & wall. The GX. No built-in soundbar but better video due to better processing capability . The GX totally flashed to the wall. The small gap is due to the center speaker cable. Now the speaker seems to be thicker.

After replacing the power supply. Now my E6 now totally dead. LG said likely the panel gone. Now this model had EOL so they are checking for stock availability. Luckily, left 4 months before out of warranty.

When I was using the Velodyne Spl800 8" - ON for the extra slam. After having switched to SVS SB 2000 12" - OFF. Too noisy when ON as my room size is small.

Panasonic 65" 2018 Oled brand new going for $2999. Comes with wall bracket. Limited sets. Promo till this weekend. No need to use voucher to offset purchase. Audio house.

I will try layout 2. Sub nearer to MLP. Hopefully can get the impact. Can consider drop by Adelphi Tat Chuan Acoustic to test the Klipsch setup. The sub is just beside the MLP. Was quite impressed by the performance based on the single sub setup.

I had actually gotten a brand new E6 65" from AH in Mar this year for 3999 (A dollar below $4k). Gotten the tip-off from bro sevenz. Comes with the wall mount as well.

I don't see this issue on my set. It had been wall mounted for 5 months. It could be the tight cables that are causing the pulling effect. Can consider to check the cables & make them loose.

Banding test needs to be performed with lights off? If so, I think I need to do again on my E6. I thought I'm lucky.

Good to audition the 705s2 as well if u r going for b&w 700series. Tweeter on top.

What is the pricing for the X700 locally? Just gotten the X800+step down transformer for about Sing$325.

Bro, your B&W speakers are vintage.. Not easy to find. Would suggest to keep them. If possible, get a rack to store the avr & power amp. As a father, we do need some break as well. I have 2 kids. My HT was used to play nursery rhythms... Your OLED will be used to play babies rhythms from YouTube.... ?. My daughter is having very good control on my OLED E6 playing her YouTube stuff. Thks for your good Audio Hse recommendation.

Heard panny is using LG 2016 panel. Less bright. May need to bring your own material in thumb drive & get the sales to demo.

Hi all OLED experts, I was quoted $5999 for a brand new OLED 65 E6T with NO free gifts but with delivery & wall mount service. As I still need 3D therefore was not recommended to take 2017 model like the C7T by the sales. Any advices will be greatly appreciated. If you have better lobang, pls share. Btw, was informed that they have limited sets & they are clearing them. Thks.

Well done bro, a very cosy HT you have there. Great idea to have the equipment located at the back... When the lights are off, you wouldn't see those lights on the amp & you also do not need long run of HDMI cable.. Njoy your system as of now till you get itchy to upgrade the system (At least you have a reference on PQ & SQ). In fact a good satellite & subwoofer combination should give you a very SQ in your HT...9.1 (2x Height channel) is possible.
