If someone can also tell me where to get this "firmware" or is willing to email it I'd also be happy. I just phoned them and they expect me to post my unit from Cairns down to Melbourne to get it fixed. At my expense and probably 2 week turn around. It'll be thrown in the garbage first. Thanks in advance.
