By taking the proven acoustic platform of the Bowers & Wilkins 707 S3, refining it with components from the 705 S3 Signature, and treating it to an exclusive finish, the Great British brand presents the Bowers & Wilkins 707 Prestige Edition.

With these augmentations, B&W says the 707 Prestige Edition’s upgraded performance “adds resolution and soundstage scale,” leading the company to call it the “ultimate Bowers & Wilkins bookshelf loudspeaker.”

The instantly recognisable enhancement is the Santos Gloss finish—applied with 12 paint and lacquer layers inspired by the 805 D3 Prestige Edition's Santos Rosewood—which adds a sense of exclusivity. The model also features the optimised tweeter grille mesh and upgraded, low-loss terminals from the acclaimed 705 S3 Signature.

These refinements are paired with the two-way loudspeaker’s 25mm Carbon Dome tweeter and 13cm Continuum cone mid-bass driver from the 707 S3, as well as its rear-firing bass port and curved baffle.

Naturally, on such an elevated iteration, the speakers get a new “unique identifying logo plate” which highlights the new model.

The Bowers & Wilkins 707 Prestige Edition loudspeakers are available now for €1,750 | £1,550 - not a huge bump up from the €1,500 | £1,300 asking price of the 707 S3 when it launched in September 2022.

If you require speaker stands, Bowers & Wilkins suggests the optional FS-700 floorstands in either black or silver.
