Audio-Technica debuted its ATH-ANC700BT QuietPoint Over-ear Headphones earlier this year at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

The ANC700BT is equipped with a proprietary four microphone multi-feedback system which it Audio-Technica says greatly reduces environmental noise.

The new model feature 40 mm drivers carefully voiced to deliver high-fidelity audio reproduction, in a foldable design lending itself perfectly for travel.

Bluetooth connectivity and battery life are said to have been further refined offering up to 25 hours of continuous use of Bluetooth wireless and noise-cancelling technology, and up to 1,000 hours on standby.

Touch and swipe controls are built into the earcup for answering/ending calls, controlling music & video playback and adjusting the volume.

There's an included 1.2m cable with 3.5mm stereo mini-plug to provide a wired connection for those times when wireless operation is not possible, or of course when the battery power has been depleted.

The Audio-Technica ATH-ANC700BT (Black) will be available April 20th, 2018 for £199.
