Last night I watched "Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid" on bluray. First time in many decades.....such a good movie.

Last night I watched "The Lincoln Lawyer" on bluray. Really enjoyed this, a satisfying movie.

Last night I watched "The Other Man" on bluray. Not sure what this movie was trying to be but it was a huge miss for me. An hour and a half I'll never get back.

Last night I watched "Elvis' on bluray. Really enjoyed it, Baz Luhrmann did a great job with it. Majority Australian cast too, very enjoyable. Butler was amazing, Hanks was sort of weird as Parker though but effective in that the viewer truly hated him by the end.

Last night I watched "I Give It A Year" on bluray. Very funny in parts (mainly Stephen Merchant's parts) but overall, where it went wasn't satisfyingly convincing enough for me.

That quote on the cover is overreach.....and I'd give three and a half stars.

Last night I watched "The Mule" on bluray. Enjoyable well crafted movie.

We streamed this tonight. A good watch with some fantastic out of type roles. It doesn't try to be anything it's not. Recommend

Mrs CE and I went to see this at Gold Class the other day. A whole lot of improvement over the first one (which you could not watch ever and save 150 minutes of your life being wasted). Nice inclusion of previous movie characters was fun and I didn't mind the songs too much in this one.

But don't tell anyone I liked it!!!

Last night I watched "Fight Or Flight" on bluray. Really enjoyed this joyously violent romp....the best mayhem on a plane movie since 'Snakes On A Plane'! I also like Hartnett as an actor so it's good to see him getting decent roles again.

Last night I watched "Miss Sloane" on bluray. Great movie on a lobbyist and her teams fight against the NRA....with a killer twist at the end. Chastain great as always. Loved it.

Last night I watched "Wolf Creek" on bluray. Great movie but a hard watch.

After the above, I watched Midnight Oils "Armistice Day" concert on bluray. Wonderful concert.....I lost it at the end when Rob stood up behind his kit with that big beaming smile😢.

RIP Rob Hirst.

Last night I watched "Wolf Creek 2" on bluray. Not quite as foreboding as the first one but still quite well crafted......however it's overly gratuitous in parts.

Last night I watched "Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children" on bluray. Not too bad, visually great, ok story.

Last night I watched "65" on bluray. Visually good, great sound but story was a bit underdone. I can sort of see why it didn't get great reviews but it was mildly enjoyable.

I thought that while the acting was quite good, the story and direction were a woeful mishmash of a lot of the worst of CGI movies (I realised I could have given away a plot point if I specified which ones).

Last night I watched "The Veteran" on bluray. Pretty good but sort of went nowhere in the end.

Last night I watched "Talladega Nights: The Ballad Of Ricky Bobby" on bluray. Pretty funny at times....but I will admit I find it hard to happily watch movies that celebrate America's stupid people these days, given what's happening over there atm. This one isn't a keeper but I can at least tick it off the 'to watch' list.

yeah i've tried a few times to watch this but couldn't stick it thru

Last night I watched "Night At The Museum" on bluray. Another one I watched with my kids and enjoyed.....more then than I did last night.😆

really good in some paces but let down by several "as if" moments when the rest of the film was otherwise grounded. based on a comic so that might explain that. A good watch otherwise

Last night I watched "Intolerable Cruelty" on bluray. I enjoyed this movie for the most part but the ending left me feeling very ripped off. I was after revenge!😤😆

But considering the two main protagonists weren't really very nice people anyway, they probably deserved each other. Not the Coen's best by a long way.

Last night I watched "Furiosa" A Mad Max Saga" on 4K bluray. Wow, fantastic movie, can't believe it bombed. So unfair.....in a lot of ways it's up there with Fury Road, much less but still good action but probably a better story.....and the way the music meshes with the amazing audio track and visual effects was amazing. I loved it.
