Vicoustic WAVEWOOD DIFUSOR MATTE WHITE 12

Featured Replies

Further Information:

12 panels in total. New in box.

The Vicoustic WAVEWOOD DIFUSOR is an attactive panel that incorporates diffusion and some midrange absorption in a very neat package. They are very easy to install and durable. Very high WAF.

I found that using these strategically on early reflection points really cleaned up the stereo imaging in my room without sapping the mid and upper frequencies of vibrancy.

Manufacturer's blurb:

" With the Wavewood design a new diffuser product arises. Simulating a QRD sequence the new Wavewood Diffusor is an ideal solution for those who search balanced sound ambiences that simultaneously control the exceeding energy in a room, flutter echoes, and still maintain a living and bright sound. It is particularly effective in treating medium and high frequencies.

This panel is made of high-density polystyrene and wood finish. The idea is to have a more competitive diffuser with low weight and easier application. It matches perfectly along with the usual Wavewood absorption panel which means you can combine both absorption and diffuser versions without noticing any differences in terms of aesthetics."
