I can't recall whether I purchased this new or not - but in any case it's appears unused and includes a full bottle of the wash solution.

Edit: the lid and the brushes don't appear in the pic, but they are definitely present and included.

Includes everything, wash solution, rollers, brushes, drying cloths, instructions.
