Further Information:  5X Acme Audio Labs Silver Ceramic Cryogenic Treated with CFC - 2A fast blow fuses 5x20mm. I bought these for a Rebel Amp preamp but they were unused.  They cost me $250 shipped.

The Acme Cryo fuses punch well above their weight. I have found them to be exceptional value for money and I've always enjoyed what they bring to every type of device I've used them in.
