Bought new from Klapp AV 18 months ago, used lightly for 6 months before dedicated cinema was turned into a studio (74hrs total) . No issues with it all, we were quite happy with.

 

Have original box so could post at buyers cost. Also includes ceiling bracket if needed, but would have post seperatley.
