Tried calling their support but cannot find any number, so sent in an email. Received a standard template auto-reply saying they will get back to me within 2 working days but it has been a week now still no news. Very unhappy with Creative's after-sales service. I am thinking of getting other brand with reasonably good sound around $500 budget. Please recommend me one. Thanks for any input :)

Just bring your faulty amp side without spks down to the service center directly, if lucky enough one to one exchange. When my Bluetooth spk button having issue, brought down and get 1 to 1 exchange. Dun wait any longer!

Dun wait any longer! They responded to my email. Will enquire more. Incidentally, do you have any recommendation for a better set should I decide to switch brand. Budget as above. Thanks :)
