Any takers?

 

I cook pizza weekly and want to go next-level on the cheese. There is an awesome cheese factory a 45 minutes from here though I make the trip monthly... once in a blue moon I'd love to try my own.

 

Anyone tried? Are the results good? Is it hard?

I’ve made halloumi a few times, the general process is quite easy and fun. Tasty too.

 

Havent made mozzarella but think it’s another pretty simple one.

 

Have a crack if you haven’t already
