DanFi Posted June 26, 2020 Posted June 26, 2020 (edited) Further information: Naquadria Amplifier. Bought in Canberra when I was working there. Handmade by Bill Crampton. Bit foggy about the specs of the amp but from memory it is about 125 to 150 Watts. Also the first 25watts is class A I think. Will try and dig up some old emails. Either way it has a huge amount of power. The bottom unit is just one huge transformer feeding the top. About 30kg. I had the volume pot upgraded as well. i end up going to Syd every now and again so can get it to there if organised in time. Let me know if you want more information. DanFi Posted June 28, 2020 Author Posted June 28, 2020 Hahaha. Apparently that's where it's named from. @herehear!
wim Posted June 29, 2020 Posted June 29, 2020 I'd be interested to know if anyone who has a Naquadria from Bill knows the full spec of their amp. My details are a little hazy as well, though I'm more-than impressed and happy with mine. GLWTS
DanFi Posted June 29, 2020 Author Posted June 29, 2020 @wim I will try and dig somthing up in my emails between myself and him. For some reason Gmail (run by Google the largest searches engine in the world) is the worst at searching and retrieving emails. 2
wim Posted June 29, 2020 Posted June 29, 2020 Cheers @DanFi - and I know what you mean about searching through gmail.
