SOLD: *sold*: Sonique Speakers: Sav Package And Yamaha Rx-v795a

Featured Replies

Hi,

due to recent upgrades I now have surplus speakers and a receiver. I had considered using this as a music setup in another area/giving to family etc but am just as happy to sell it to cover some of the upgrade costs.

I have for sale:

$480 Sonique SAV-3's http://www.sonique.com.au/ht/sav3.htm

$380 Sonique SAV-2's http://www.sonique.com.au/ht/sav2.htm

$290 Sonique SAV-C1 http://www.sonique.com.au/ht/savc1.htm

Speaker total: $1150.

$500 Yamaha RX-V795a 5.1 Receiver (RRP was $1500).

(will post some specs later).

One pair tall rear stands: $50 (suitable for the sav-2)

All items are in mint condition and have been looked after with care. Useage pattern is light (mod over the last 6 months) and my preferred volume is quite low so none have been driven hard and abused.

I am the original owner of 5.5-6 years (still have receipt from Grenfell Hi-Fi somewhere to verify). I'll post pics of the gear later & the guys from this weekends gtg can verify that the items are in working order as we used them all.

I have all the original boxes & manuals and can ship at buyers cost if required.

I have priced my speakers at 50% of retail which I think is a good deal considering their condition.

I am interested in selling the lot as one package (or at least the speakers together). For $1500 this is an excellent buy for someone just setting up or contemplating a HTIB solution.

The Yamaha is 5.1 and doesn't offer component/HDMI switching but the sound is very good and its slightly brite yamaha signature sound is well matched to the laid back sonique sound. It has multiple inputs, pre-outs, surround modes for DD, DTS, Bypass etc just as other AVR's offer.

Will post some pics and specs later.

PM me if interested please.

Update: pictures for people to see and a manual for the receiver:

Just a quick comment to let folks know I'm happy to drop pricing on the items FS to the following (given selling is free for me on the forums):

Sonique Speakers (as a package): $900

Yamaha Receiver: $400.

B&W ASW1000: $500

I'll be listing on ebay later this week once I arrange proper photos.
