Obitus1503559585 Posted January 10, 2004 Posted January 10, 2004 Question, can this model LCD TV LG Electronics L2320A 23" FLATRON do progressive scan modes such as 480p, 720p, 1080i? are LCD's capable of these kinds of modes, or do they have one specific native mode that they run in like PC LCD monitors? http://www.tvmarket.com.au/product.php?id=79&brand=10 thats the link to the TV in question, though I don't see any mention at all about progressive scan modes, and I don't really know a lot about LCD displays in general. Let me know, if you know, so I'll know what you know, you know? thanks.
blairy Posted January 10, 2004 Posted January 10, 2004 Thsi product does not feature on the Oz LG web site LG Australia Web Site Specs listed in your link (ie 1600x 1200@60Hz, 1920x1200@60Hz) indicate this might be aimed at the US market. (60Hz relates to NTSC, in Oz we use PAL at 50 Hz). Suggest you contact LG Australia (email/phone) and check with them. blairy
