Hence the decreasing votes for the ruling party in the EC GRC, as compared to those from the low to mid heartlanders elsewhere. And then I recalled those illiterate ones being made believe that their votes are not secret. One mouthpiece even shamelessly posted on a popular forum to scare those ill-informed voters with such tactic during May GE. I think they will eventually evolve to compete based on merit rather than threat. That is what Singaporeans want after all.

Last night had a nightmare, that both my uncle and nephew each hold the 2 important keys to my safe..... damn. Then came the first bad news of the day. In any case if this is to be let us all accept the fact and move on, and pray that the highest power bless our new President with wisdom and a big heart toward Singaporeans. Admittedly TJS is not as polished as TCB, but given his relatively short exposure in the political scene, I think his result is VERY impressive. On hindsight, we could have thought it through carefully and concentrated our votes on TCB, as any swayed votes spilled from the giant camp will be onto TCB first, and not forgetting his thousands and thousands of old supporters when he was a 'pro Singaporean' MP. Anyway, say what we want, it is glad to know that more than 60% of our fellow Singaporeans know what hit them and understand their source of suffering. That, in itself, is already a battle half won. So everybody, smile smile, happy happy, hug hug, because Singapore is moving towards a pro-Singaporean country, with or without the wayang party! Yay!
