Hi all,
A question for the installers here...
I would like to install a new TV outlet in my bedroom where none has existed before.
I thought I had it all worked out, I was going to get a "snake" or "yellow tongue" or similar to push the cable up the wall cavity and connect it all together, but as a friend pointed out to me, there are horizontal bits of timber in a house frame which I assume the plaster board is flush against, so how do I get that cable up past them?
Do I need to cut holes in my wall to drill through these bits of timber? or is the plaster board not flush against the timber?
any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
