Dohmann Helix 1 exclusive Australian premiere at 2016 International HiFi Show (Melbourne) July 1st -3rd, 2016.

The International HiFi Show (Melbourne) is pleased to announce Telos Audio, exclusive Australian distributors of Thrax, Minus K, Brodmann, German Physiks, and many more premium HiFi brands, will be exhibiting in Room 1308.

They will also be showcasing for the very first time in Australia, the Helix 1 turntable, designed in conjunction with many other leading experts, by Australia's Mark Döhmann. Mark is recognised for continuously developing analog systems having been a staunch advocate of the core technology since the early 1980’s. He has a well-respected track record in innovation and design of advanced turntables and tonearms of the highest calibre since 1982. He generates original ideas and understands the influence these innovations have on the sonic result.

The Helix 1 delivers unparalleled analog playback performance due to its unique Micro Signal Architecture© (MSA) engineering that sets new noise reduction and micro-signal preservation benchmarks.

By joining forces with a team of talented scientists, engineers and designers, Mark has addressed each aspect of noise and vibration suppression utilizing the latest in visualization techniques, engineering concepts and patented technologies.

Also on display in Room 1308 will be Thrax electronics, including Lyra 2-way standmount speakers, Teres and Heros power amplifiers, Dionysios preamplifer and Oprheus LCR phono. The Helix 1 will be setup with a Schroder CB tonearm, and the system will use Enklein Davd cabling.
