Silent Pound’s Bloom Loudspeaker Debuts in Malaysia and Singapore

Lithuania’s Silent Pound has officially launched its new Bloom stand-mount loudspeaker at the Northern International Audio & Visual Show (NIAVS) 2025 in Penang, Malaysia.
Represented exclusively in Singapore and Malaysia by AV Intelligence, the Bloom brings flagship-level performance from the acclaimed Challenger II into a more compact and versatile package, promising impressive results in smaller listening spaces. While the physical footprint may have shrunk, the company says the sonic ambition hasn’t.
Silent Pound’s co-founder and CTO, Audrius Balciunas shared with StereoNET:
Bloom was engineered to produce a vivid three-dimensional soundstage while minimising room interactions—an approach that borrows heavily from the company’s signature “Constant Directivity” technology. First introduced in the Challenger II, this design principle aims to preserve clarity and coherence across various room sizes and acoustic conditions, particularly those less than ideally treated.

Under the hood, the three-way standmount design integrates a coaxial driver featuring a 6-inch midrange and 1.4-inch compression driver for the high frequencies. Meanwhile, a pair of 12-inch dipole woofers handles the low end, with the company claiming surprisingly authoritative bass extension for such a modest enclosure. The cabinet has been tuned for minimal colouration, with a patent-pending midrange enclosure and a CNC-bent steel base with wooden inlay to ensure rigidity and reduce vibrations.

Balciunas told StereoNET the speaker’s development relied heavily on modern CAD tools, advanced mathematical modelling, and extensive listening sessions to deliver a consistent sound signature regardless of room treatment:
It’s a small speaker with a truly big sound. Despite its compact frame, our innovations ensure Bloom produces deep, authoritative bass, while retaining the focus and imaging that Silent Pound is becoming known for.
Visually, Bloom carries over Silent Pound’s understated but sculptural aesthetic. It offers a choice of finishes, including a white frame with black stand inlay or an all-black option. Customisation is also available for those who want to tailor the speaker to their interior.

AV Intelligence will continue showcasing the Bloom after its Penang debut with a Malaysian launch event at their Petaling Jaya showroom on April 29th. A follow-up event in Singapore is scheduled for May 5th, with both sessions featuring pairings with MOON by Simaudio electronics from the North Collection.
AV Intelligence Founder and CEO, Andy Kennard, praised the brand’s innovative approach:
It’s so refreshing to see genuine innovation in the industry. The result is a speaker that sounds as special as it looks. The Bloom represents a new sweet spot in sound quality and speaker footprint, and we can’t wait to share it with our Singapore and Malaysia customers.
The Silent Pound Bloom is now available for pre-order via AV Intelligence in Singapore and Malaysia. Pricing starts from €14,999 / MYR 89,000 with other regional pricing to be confirmed.
