The NeoPix 150 and NeoPix 450 Smart promise to transform any room into a cinema, offering compact design, smart features, and Full HD performance at approachable price points.

The NeoPix 150 is all about portability. Weighing just one kilogram, it features a 180-degree rotating stand that lets it project onto walls, ceilings, or any flat surface. Despite its size, it delivers true Full HD 1080p resolution at up to 80 inches, with 250 ANSI lumens brightness — more than enough for cosy evening viewing. Its LED light source is rated for 30,000 hours, and silent fan operation ensures a distraction-free experience. Philips also includes a USB-C to HDMI cable, enabling direct connection from compatible smartphones, tablets, or laptops. At the same time, HDMI and USB ports make it easy to plug in streaming sticks and other sources.

The NeoPix 450 Smart builds on this foundation with Google TV integration, offering access to streaming apps, personalised recommendations, and voice search in one simple interface. It can project up to 100 inches at 500 ANSI lumens brightness and transform any living space into a smart entertainment hub. The ergonomic swivelling stand, auto-focus, and automatic keystone correction ensure hassle-free setup, while advanced adjustments like four-corner correction and digital zoom allow precise picture alignment.
Audio is handled by built-in dual five-watt speakers, while connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, and screen-mirroring support. This makes it easy to integrate with controllers, speakers, or external audio systems.

Serge Kossi, VP of Global Sales at Philips Projection, said the two new models reflect a shift toward flexible entertainment:
“With the NeoPix 150 and NeoPix 450 Smart, we’re opening up new ways for people to enjoy the big-screen experience, wherever life takes them. This isn’t just about launching products; it’s about giving people the freedom to make entertainment their own in a flexible, personal, and effortless way.”

Both projectors share Philips’ latest LED light engine, offering a rated 30,000-hour lifetime, Full HD 1080p resolution, silent fan operation, and multiple connectivity options. The NeoPix 150 brings cinema to almost any surface, while the NeoPix 450 Smart positions itself as a more powerful, connected solution for the modern streaming household.
Amber Technology will bring the two new additions to Australia and New Zealand, with Alberto Zamudio, General Manager for Major Retail at Amber Technology, telling StereoNET:
“The focus on lifestyle design, coupled with solid technological performance, is category leading for the Australian and New Zealand markets. This continued innovation addresses changing consumer habits, and supports our retail partners in offering relevant and quality products.”

The Philips NeoPix 150 (PH-N-150) will retail for €169 | A$449, while the NeoPix 450 Smart (PH-N-SMART450) will cost €395 | A$999.
