The Optoma UHZ35ST is a short throw, true 4K UHD home entertainment and gaming laser projector. With its external power supply and various feature upgrades, the UHZ35ST promises more reliability, portability, and energy efficiency than its predecessors.

Boasting 3500 lumens, a 500,000:1 contrast ratio, and a DuraCore laser light source, the Optoma UHZ35ST should deliver decent brightness and colour performance. Furthermore, Optoma states a long life span of up to 30,000 hours in Eco Mode.
The short throw lens enables this unit to project a 100-inch image from less than a metre away from the screen. The UHZ35ST also sports a compact design and is 34% smaller than the brand's popular UHD35STx, making it the most compact projector in its class.

The UHZ35ST has a pair of HDMI 2.0 inputs, a 3.5mm audio out, USB-A power 1.5A, RS232, and RJ45 ports.
Gamers will enjoy the 240Hz refresh rate in 1080p and an ultra-low input lag of 4ms (16.9ms response time in 4K at 60Hz). Meanwhile, the horizontal and vertical keystone, as well as 360° and portrait mode operation, offer flexible installation.

Designed with the environment in mind, the UHZ35ST's chassis comprises 50% post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials to ensure environmental sustainability.
The Optoma UHZ35ST is available now, priced at £2,299 RRP.
