The Noble Sceptre is a compact Bluetooth dongle that promises better wireless sound, advanced codec support, wide device compatibility, and features a charge-through USB-C design.

Noble Audio states that its Sceptre dongle is designed for listeners who want more from Bluetooth without replacing their existing headphones or earphones.
Sceptre bypasses the limitations of built-in Bluetooth hardware and acts as an external high-performance transmitter.

Noble’s Sceptre is powered by Qualcomm’s latest QCC5181 Bluetooth 5.4 chipset. By handling Bluetooth transmission externally, Sceptre lets you take full advantage of advanced codecs, including LDAC, aptX Adaptive, AAC, and SBC, even on devices that would otherwise be limited to basic Bluetooth audio. We’re told to expect a Bluetooth transmission range of up to 20 metres.
Supporting HFP, A2DP, and AVRCP profiles, Sceptre promises stable and reliable performance for music playback, calls, and media control.

Furthermore, to support extended listening sessions, Noble has equipped Sceptre with a charge-through USB-C port, allowing you to charge your device while listening, ensuring uninterrupted playback during long commutes, travel, or desk-based use.

Setup is simple thanks to the Noble app. Once the initial connection is established, Sceptre can then be plugged into any compatible USB-C device and comes with an adapter in case your laptop, for instance, doesn't have a USB-C port.
Noble Audio’s Sceptre is available now, priced at £65 | US$70 | €70.
