The Luxman NT-07 network transport is the high-end brand's first and promises to offer all the streaming tech you need alongside the "breathtaking audio quality" fans of the brand have come to expect up to 768kHz/32bit PCM and 22.4 MHz DSD.

In addition to the necessary Ethernet port, the NT-07 offers USB, optical, coax, and HDMI ports (including ARC support). It also has a USB port for external storage and supports a host of music streaming services, ensuring a seamless and convenient audio experience.
Naturally, Luxman has focused on the NT-07's audio processing chops and proclaims that it is equipped with a "processing module based on the latest generation of application processors" and sports "a thorough, audio-focused noise suppression system".

Meanwhile, its USB subsystem supports sampling frequencies up to 32-bit/768kHz for PCM files and 1-bit/22.5MHz DSD data, while the optical/coaxial output is up to 24-bit/192kHz PCM. A built-in core decoding function handles MQA with three settings - off, core decoding and passthrough.
The NT-07 boasts Qobuz and TIDAL support baked right into the Luxman Stream app and access to Spotify and TuneIn. Furthermore, Roon certification is said to be on the horizon. However, the Luxman Stream app enables you to create playlists, configure settings and select audio sources, including UPnP-compatible networked storage. There is also a bundled infrared remote for when you're done with screens - apart from the large one on the NT-07's fascia, which will display all the relevant information you need.

Finally, the Luxman network transports an intelligent resampling function that will match the sampling frequency and bit depth supported by the digital-to-analogue converter you pair with it from 44.1kHz to 348kHz PCM.
The Luxman NT-07 is available now and costs £6,500. The new networked transport will debut at the High End Munich 2024 show in May.
