Koss Corporation, which created the World's First SP/3 Stereophone in 1958, continues to be an attractive proposition for music on the go thanks to its retro-tinged, affordable headphones.

One of the brand's most notable products, the Koss Porta Pro headphones, has been praised by numerous reviewers for their low cost but warm and natural sound. They have picked up accolades since their release in 1984.

A new version of the Porta Pro, the Porta Pro Wireless 2.0 (above), was recently released. It is designed to serve the needs of today's customers with wireless Bluetooth, a built-in mic, and onboard controls while keeping the retro styling Koss is known for.

Dylan Squire, Purchasing Director at Richer Sounds, told StereoNET:

We're so happy to be bringing the iconic Koss headphone brand back to the UK. The superb sound quality, lightweight frame and retro looks make Koss headphones a fantastic option for our customers, who appreciate performance at a wallet-friendly price.

Michael J. Koss, Jr., Vice President Marketing & Product at Koss, added:

Richer Sounds is the perfect retail environment for Koss headphones. We have a long and proud heritage of delivering excellent audio quality on the go and invite customers to visit their local branch to try them out for themselves. Whether clients are looking for headphones for music on the move, work calls, or home listening, we're confident that we have their needs covered.

Koss headphones can be auditioned at any of Richer Sounds' fifty UK stores.
