Kerr Acoustic and Oxfordshire, UK hi-fi dealer Cultured Audio are hosting an intimate launch event for Natalie Holmes' latest long player, Opposite Day.

This special event offers you the chance to meet Natalie Holmes in person and hear her perform live, but also listen - alongside the artist - to the recorded album in full on a hand-selected, audiophile hi-fi system featuring Kerr Acoustic loudspeakers - probably the outstanding K200 pictured above.

Opposite Day is Natalie Holmes' second full-length album, which will be supported by a UK tour starting in October 2025.

Described as a consistently astounding songwriter, Natalie writes "lilting, haunting and yet somehow invigorating pop, with honey-toned vocals and an incredible depth to every song." In Opposite Day, she is said to expand on the experimental approach she began in Vitamin Be, resulting in "a bold, unapologetic exploration of the chaotic emotional landscape within ourselves and today's world."

Jes Kerr (above), founder and designer of Kerr Acoustic loudspeakers, has been working with Natalie as her drummer, and told StereoNET:

Natalie is an authentic, inspiring artist whose work I have admired for many years. It's been a real privilege to play a small part in helping to bring this exceptional album to vinyl, and working alongside Natalie has been incredible. The test pressings sound sublime, and listeners are in for something truly special.

Of her new album, Natalie remarked:

I want Opposite Day to be both grounding and uprooting for people.

This promises to be a very special event and will take place on Saturday, 15th November, in two sessions, starting at 1pm and 4pm, at Cultured Audio, Woodview Estate, Church Hanborough, Witney, OX29 8AA.

A limited run of 250 vinyl copies of the album will be produced and will be available for purchase at the event. Additionally, attendees will have the chance to win—or buy—one of just a handful of test pressings.

Book now as spaces are limited. Contact Cultured Audio on 01993 880313 or sales@culturedaudio.com
