Dominique Fils-Aimé Announced as New Ambassador for High End Vienna 2026

Canadian singer and composer Dominique Fils-Aimé has been named the official ambassador for High End Vienna 2026.
She takes up the baton from Norwegian artist Anette Askvik, who fronted this year’s final Munich edition of the world’s leading high-end audio show.
Under the theme “The Power of Music,” Fils-Aimé embodies the emotional connection between sound, culture and creativity that sits at the heart of the event’s new Vienna chapter. Known for her blend of jazz, soul and blues influences, the Montréal-based artist brings an expressive, genre-transcending energy that mirrors High End’s own evolution

High End Society Managing Director Stefan Dreischärf said Fils-Aimé’s appointment reflects both the show’s musical heritage and its modern, international outlook:
With Dominique Fils-Aimé, we were able to enlist an extraordinary musician who stands for emotional depth, artistic diversity and audiophile quality. As brand ambassador of the High End, Dominique underscores the international credo of our trade show — to bring together relevant fresh new trends from music, technology and culture.
Fils-Aimé will appear in person at the Austria Centre Vienna (ACV), where she’ll also serve as guest of honour at the opening press conference. Her appointment signals continuity in High End’s close relationship with working musicians, but also a symbolic reset as the show settles into its new home.
The move to Vienna marks a turning point after 21 years in Munich, where High End became the undisputed global hub for high-end audio. The Austrian capital, with its deep musical heritage and modern infrastructure, offers a fitting — if ambitious — new stage. Few cities better represent the dialogue between classical tradition and contemporary creativity.

While exhibitor interest for 2026 is already high, the organisers will have their work cut out to match Munich’s unique mix of business momentum and cultural magic — the hum of deal-making that spills from the MOC halls into the city’s beer gardens each May.
The 2026 show has also been pushed back by one week, now confirmed for 4–7 June 2026, after organisers opted to avoid a clash with the Eurovision Song Contest, expected to draw more than half a million visitors to Vienna. The extra breathing room should make travel and accommodation logistics easier for exhibitors and press.

As the invitations go out and planning ramps up, anticipation for High End Vienna 2026 is building fast. After two decades of defining what the high-end audio world looks and sounds like in Munich, Vienna now has the chance to write its own opening movement — one that celebrates the power of music in every sense.
