The British cable specialist will exhibit in Room 0.45 on Level 0 of the Austria Centre Vienna, using HIGH END 2026 to show a broader cross-section of its range than in previous years. The company says visitors can expect exclusive pre-production previews ahead of formal launches later in the season, alongside demonstrations of its current reference-level products and key in-house technologies.

For a brand whose work is often judged system by system rather than spec sheet by spec sheet, the demonstration format makes sense. Chord Company will use the show to walk listeners through a staged upgrade path across three of its premium cable ranges: Signature, SarumT and ChordMusic.

The aim is to let visitors hear the claimed improvements as they move through the range, while also introducing core Chord Company technologies, including ARAY mechanical tuning and the company’s flagship Taylon insulation. Naturally, cable demonstrations remain one of hi-fi’s more debated subjects, but a controlled show environment at least gives attendees a chance to make up their own minds.

Chord Company’s presence will also extend beyond its own room. Next door, in the Peak Consult room, 0.49, demonstrations will use a full flagship ChordMusic cable loom for playback.

Sister brand English Electric will also appear in the Chord Company room, showing devices focused on noise reduction and network audio upgrades. That positions the exhibit as less of a static cable display and more of a broader system-performance demonstration, particularly for listeners now trying to optimise both analogue and networked digital playback.

Chord Company says a significant number of staff from its UK factory will be on hand in Vienna to answer questions and explain its proprietary technologies. These include ARAY, Tuned ARAY and Super ARAY conductor configurations, advanced shielding materials, Taylon insulation and ChordOhmic speaker plug connectors.

Founded in 1985, Chord Company designs and hand-builds its cables in Britain and now supplies customers in more than 50 countries. Chord Company will exhibit in Room 0.45, Level 0, at the Austria Centre Vienna during HIGH END 2026.
