Medicom Toy says the Core Release version of its 400% BE@RBRICK AUDIO Bluetooth speaker has a streamlined design. It focuses on essentials while delivering high-performance audio engineering developed with Rinaro Isodynamics.
The team reports spending over 20,000 hours developing this latest release. Moreover, the speaker uses 200 precision-engineered parts to deliver the “remarkable clarity and depth that have defined BE@RBRICK since launch.”
Measuring 280 x 132 x 70 mm [HxWxD], the Core Release showcases BE@RBRICK AUDIO at its purest. Medicom Toy promises exceptional build quality and uncompromised sound. The company achieves this using refined materials and finishes that highlight the precision of Rinaro’s audio components.
Those audio components include two tweeters and two woofers, providing a stated frequency response of 90Hz - 20,000Hz (-6dB) at 2x10W output, and a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 80dB.
The ursine-inspired portable speakers also feature QUAD’360, an omnidirectional acoustics technology developed exclusively by Rinaro for this collaboration. This effect is achieved via the four custom-engineered acoustic drivers positioned in the BE@RBRICK’s head, working in concert to generate a seamless 360-degree sound field. The brand claims this system delivers performance that exceeds the speaker’s physical size.
Furthermore, you can connect two BE@RBRICK AUDIO speakers to create a true stereo pair, which promises a more immersive experience.

Operating the speaker is fuss-free: a single button press connects iOS or Android devices via Bluetooth. For added fan appeal, volume and track selection controls are located in the left and right hands. Twist the right hand to skip the track. Twist the left hand to change the playback volume.
The speaker boasts up to 6 hours of portable listening with rapid recharging via its USB-C port, taking just 1.5 hours. Additionally, the battery is designed for easy replacement, ensuring years of playback.
The Core Release will be available in Black and White colourways from March 12, 2026, priced at £550.
