AU SHOW: Audio Note (UK) System by Finn Bespoke to Feature $300K Sogon Speakers

As the Australian distributor for Audio Note (UK) and Takatsuki, Finn Bespoke will present a reference-level system in Room 2209 built around one of Audio Note’s rarest and most ambitious loudspeakers: the AN‑E Sogon Limited Signature Field Coil.

This speaker—seen only once before at HiFiDeluxe in Munich earlier this year—is a no-compromise statement piece. It features all-silver Sogon wiring, external crossovers, and a high-gloss palisander veneer finish. With 98dB efficiency, the Audio Note (UK) Tonmeister Phono Silver amplifier will effortlessly handle driving the AN‑E Sogon Limited Signature speakers with a single Takatsuki 300B tube per side.

For context, 98dB is exceptionally efficient in loudspeaker terms. This means that the speakers can achieve high volume with very little amplifier power, allowing low-wattage valve amps to deliver full-range dynamics and tonal richness—even in larger rooms. It’s not just about loudness, but musical immediacy and finesse at any level.

The analogue front end will include Audio Note’s TT3 turntable with PSU‑4 power supply, equipped with an Arm III and IO Gold cartridge, supported by the company’s flagship S9 Step‑Up Transformer to ensure proper cartridge loading and signal matching.

Digital playback will be handled by the CD 4.1x integrated CD player. This model features a top-loading Philips CD-Pro2LF transport, a classic AD1865 18-bit DAC, and a valve-based output stage using ECC88 tubes—all chosen to avoid oversampling and preserve timing integrity. Audio Note’s no-compromise approach extends to its internal components, which include tantalum resistors, copper-foil capacitors, and separate power supplies for each section—even the display!

Cabling in the room will be an equally serious six-figure affair: a full loom of Sootto silver mains and interconnect cables, plus Sogon LX96 speaker cables, all terminated with Furutech’s latest NCF connectors.
The complete system is valued at an extraordinary A$788,300, with the AN‑E Sogon Limited Signature speakers alone retailing for A$300,000.

This isn’t just a high-end system—it’s a fully curated expression of Audio Note (UK)’s design philosophy, where every element is voiced for synergy, emotion, and long-term listening satisfaction. If you want to hear what absolute top-tier Audio Note (UK) system can do, this is the room to visit.
