Hi,

i recently bought the Teac 80PVR-80S thinking that the recordings i have saved could be easily copied to the computer for saving after reading some of the posts i am not sure anymore....

Is there any way that i can copy my recordings over? I was going to try to remove the hard drive and put it in the computer but some ppl have said this doesnt work, any one tried it successfully?

Any ideas would be grateful, at the moment i think the only possible way is if i buy a tv tuner card for my computer but i would prefer not to......i now wish i bought a Topfield....

Dont know about that model, but I have a 100T and it transfers recordings over fine using the Finepass software that is on the TEAC web site. ( A bit slow cos it's only usb 1 )

Converting is easy also if you get DVR Studio. :D

Good Luck

There's also some drivers on that site.

I've found with my setup (Win XP pro) that I have to reinstall the drivers each time I want to connect to the 100T.

Don't know why but if I dont install the drivers each time I cant do any thing!
