1. Considering the real-time nature of this bulletin board or forum, it is impossible for On-Line Forum Pty Ltd or its representatives to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that On-Line Forum Pty Ltd does not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and is not responsible for any messages posted.

2. On-Line Forum Pty Ltd does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and is not responsible for the contents of any message.

3. The messages express the views of their authors, not necessarily the views of On-Line Forum Pty Ltd or any entity associated with On-Line Forum Pty Ltd.

4. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact On-Line Forum Pty Ltd via the reporting facility on each message.

5. On-Line Forum Pty Ltd has the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if it is determined that removal is necessary. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

9. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyrighted material is owned by you.

These bulletin boards are intended to foster communication among consumers and viewers of digital television in Australia. On-Line Forum Pty Ltd is concerned that they not be used to promote the unauthorised distribution of copywritten or encrypted material. On-Line Forum Pty Ltd therefore reserves the right to remove any such material.

10. Although On-Line Forum Pty Ltd does not and cannot review all posted messages and is not responsible for their content, On-Line Forum Pty Ltd reserves the right to delete any message for any reason it deems advisable. Posters remain solely responsible for the content of their messages, and by using the bulletin boards, agree to indemnify and hold On-Line Forum Pty Ltd harmless with respect to any claim based upon content or transmission of any message.
