I am looking for P14 RC mid/bass driver to replace the 'no sound' driver of an old speaker. No indication of brand/manufacturer on the driver, but I think should be by Seas

Went to tai cheong, the uncle is quite friendly. Saw many drivers all over the shop, guess mostly not for hi-fi speaker... Went over martin electronics too, saw the lady drilling holes for amp chassis... Tried talk to her, they don't seem to sell used driver. But they do have new driver On the way back, popped into well audio lab and had a quick chat with the uncle, a nice guy with good knowledge on speaker driver, though they don't sell speaker driver hope to see more guys sharing their lobang place for used or old drivers :)

there is a shop at SLS, think it is either level 2 or 3 that repair hi-fi equipment including marantz cdp. I don't know how much they are charging. The shop is at the back lane and you should see a lot of old speakers, amps. Quite easy to recognize. check it out if you are keen

what source is used in the setup? and which roksan amp and interconnect are used?

any idea what is the price of these avr in 2nd hand market? currently there seem to have lot of buyer for 2nd hand avr but very few seller that sell good avr. How about Marantz 6x00?

Thank you. I see your points, very good. Now I can see why people don't use projector for TV broadcast. All zoom down to maintenance cost ;D I also like 'all men need a cave to retreat into' ::) Now... is it practical to have a separate HT room(cramp little room) in our nowsaday HDB flat? The number of people you can 'cramp' in is a problem, the positioning of speakers in the constraint space to give optimal surround sound is another problem.
