Is there a limit on the photo or image size?

Yes. You can imagine the amount of images and bandwidth consumed by the forums each day, let alone the Classifieds images. 

So we have a 2.5Mb (now increased to 3.5Mb) file size limit per image. This is more than adequate for good resolution photos to support your ad.


We pay Amazon Web Services enough already for storage and other services, so this limit just helps keeps our costs in check too.

 

There are many image resizing tools and apps you can use, some are free, such as this one:
