The Aperio is designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom and features an integrated reference-performance DAC, along with both analogue and network connectivity, enabling it to be used as a stand-alone full function pre-amp at the centre of ultra-high-end audiophile systems.

However, for those wanting a bit more of a statement, Warwick Acoustics has taken the wrappers of its Limited Edition 24 kt Gold Aperio at the Chengdu International Headphone Expo in China.
According to the West Midlands-based audio firm, the Limited Edition Gold Aperio was created for the discerning music enthusiast seeking the most unforgettable and remarkable listening experience delivered in a one of a kind, eye-catching, headphone system.

Even the headphone grilles and hardware have been custom hand-finished in 99.9999% pure 24 kt gold in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter to match the amplifier's front panel. As you would expect, each Gold Aperio bears a unique individually numbered 'Limited Edition' nameplate that sits on top of the amp.
In addition to the stunning finish, we're told that the system uses the highest grade and closest matched BD-HPEL transducers, so you can rest assured you're getting the best performance of any Aperio System.
You can pre-order your limited edition Gold Aperio now for early 2021 delivery at £29,995 (AUD $50,000). According to the company, additional exclusive custom finish options will also be available very soon.
